On the compliance front, Tesseract’s in-house team had already successfully tackled the Service Organization Control Type 2 (SOC2) audit. When it came to the rigorous process of ISO/IEC 27001 certification, the team quickly realized it could benefit from external support.
“We wanted to partner with someone who had experience with the actual processes and insights, so that we could avoid making the same mistakes that everyone else has made,” Wuoristo explains.
