Reversec becomes independent following WithSecure divestment

[Stockholm, 31 May 2025] Reversec, a new name in cybersecurity consulting, is now an independent company following the completion of the business’ divestment by WithSecure to Swedish investment firm Neqst. This marks an exciting new development for both companies.

The deal, first announced on 23^rd January 2025, was finalized on 31^st May 2025. As part of the agreement, Neqst has paid €13.5 million in cash, with the remaining amount to be paid based on the business’s performance over the next two years.
